<strong>vitamin C<\/strong> and the <strong>three oils<\/strong> are crucial for their optimal functioning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imageDropZone\" role=\"presentation\" src=\"https:\/\/dim.mcusercontent.com\/cs\/6493e7d33bcb64efad6d7be9d\/images\/0e08690c-e732-e92b-7349-fadaff6990ef.png?w=564&amp;dpr=2\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The function of mitochondria is to<strong> generate cellular energy<\/strong> and so important to our body that other tissues must give way to it.<\/p>\n<p>It follows that<strong> optimal mitochondrial function<\/strong> is extremely important for our <strong>overall health<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In this newsletter, we take a closer look at the<strong> role of the following three essential oils:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Krill oil<\/strong>, with omega 3, choline, astaxantin, and phospholipids,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vitamin E<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coenzyme Q10<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These three oils are <strong>invaluable<\/strong> for mitochondria.<\/p>\n<p>They therefore play a <strong>leading role<\/strong> in the health of the whole body.<\/p>\n<p>In combination, these three oils<strong> reinforce<\/strong> each other.<\/p>\n<p>For example, <strong>Coenzyme Q10<\/strong> is <strong>as much as 25 times better absorbed<\/strong> by the body when combined with <strong>krill oil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Programmed cell death<\/h3>\n<p>The body has a mechanism to protect itself from <b>errors<\/b> that may occur during cell division.<\/p>\n<p>This <b>protective mechanism<\/b> is called programmed cell death, also known as apoptosis.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>mitochondria<\/b> initiate apoptosis.<\/p>\n<p>To perform this task optimally, they need the <b>efficacy of these three oils<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>This mechanism protects <b>against the development of cancer cells<\/b> and <b>prevents<\/b> the <b>immune system from being overloaded<\/b> when there are too many dead cells.<\/p>\n<p>This prevents the dead cells from causing <b>inflammation<\/b> but instead are cleared away by macrophages and other cells.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Clearing free radicals<\/h3>\n<p>Another important function of these oils is the <b>clearance of free radicals<\/b> (aggressive substances).<\/p>\n<p>Because free radicals are substances that can damage the cell, these oils also have a <b>protective role.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Free radicals result from <b>radiation, pollution, improper diet<\/b> and from <b>toxins<\/b> in the body.<\/p>\n<p>But free radicals are also released during <b>mitochondrial<\/b> productivity.<\/p>\n<p>These oils further aid in the active <b>removal of inflammation<\/b> and the residues of inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Other roles oils<\/h3>\n<p>In addition to their essential role in mitochondrial function, oils also have other important functions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitamin E:<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">These oils, particularly vitamin E, also play a role in restoring collagen and in combination with vitamin C.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Collagen is found everywhere in our bodies, such as in the skin, blood vessels, muscles, tendons, hair, nails, walls of the intestines, abdominal cavity, and in the joints.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">One of the most remarkable changes in the body, with a diet containing enough of these three oils, occur in the blood vessels.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">It preserves the elasticity of the vessel walls and prevents hardening from occurring where calcifications can occur later.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Changes are also noticeable in the joints thanks to the use of these three oils, the building of cartilage improves and painful and stiff joints become supple again.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Krill Oil<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Krill oil, derived from krill (planktonic crayfish and other crustaceans from the ocean) helps with osteoporosis and helps prevent the breakdown of bone &#8211; including jawbone.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">As mentioned above, krill oil consists of omega 3, choline, astaxantin, and phospholipids<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Omega 3: a polyunsaturated fatty acid and acts as a strong antioxidant, helps against inflammation and is good for the eyes and brain.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Choline: one of the B vitamins that helps maintain the structure of cell membranes and supports the action of vitamin C.
